DRAWING WILL BE JULY 16TH—OPENING OF
JAMES BALDWIN’S THE AMEN CORNER
AT THE WOODRUFF ARTS CENTER ON THE ALLIANCE STAGE

DRAWING TO WIN TWO FIRST-CLASS AIRLINE TICKETS WITH AIRTRAN AIRWAYS. SEE OUR OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE DRAWING BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS.

1. Entrants must be U.S. Residents of 18 years of age or older.
2. Entries will be accepted online via TrueColorsTheatreCompany.com or through TCTC’s telefunding membership campaign until midnight U.S. Eastern Standard Time the day before the drawing is scheduled to occur.
3. Entrants do not have to be present at opening night of James Baldwin’s The Amen Corner. TCTC will be responsible for notifying the winner by telephone and posting the name of the winner on TCTC website.
4. Multiple entries are not allowed. Only one entry per household. Multiple entries will be removed from the drawing.
5. Prizes are nontransferable.  Prize must be used by the winning entrant.
6. All entries will be entered in a random drawing from online, mail, or telefunding submitted entries. TCTC representatives will supervise the contest drawing, whose decisions, interpretations and rule modifications, if any are necessary will be final. 
7. Winner will have 10 days from date of drawing to claim their prize of 2 free First Class round trip tickets on AirTran Airways. Prize claim will be made via mail.
8. If either the prize or if TCTC is unable to reach the winner with the provided contact information, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
9. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winners’ names, photographs, statements made by winners about the promotion and/or prize information for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without compensation.  
10. No purchase necessary, if you choose not to join TCTC membership program please download and mail form to TCTC.

True Colors is a 501(c) (3) corporation and all donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Under IRS guidelines, certain benefits, such as tickets, are not tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for details.
